A New Step Toward Quality
- Stronger quality control across production
- Continuous review of processes and improvement points
- A focus on a consistent and dependable customer experience

Quality is a continuous process
Quality is not limited to the finished product. From materials and production to packaging, storage and delivery, every stage contributes to the final experience. Quality control therefore needs to be present throughout the journey rather than appearing only as a final inspection.

Control from start to finish
Each stage can include defined checks. Material specifications, production conditions, product appearance, packaging and information can all form part of the process. Recording results and reviewing them regularly also helps potential issues surface earlier.
Quality focus areas
- Reviewing incoming materials and specifications
- Controlling production and packaging processes
- Reviewing samples and final outputs
- Gathering and reviewing customer feedback
Measure and improve
Consistent quality requires feedback and measurement. When a process is reviewed regularly, the team can better understand the difference between the current state and the desired standard. Customer feedback can also reveal issues that may be less visible from an internal perspective.
Customer trust is built from many details; quality should be visible in all of them.
Shokooh Quality Control Team

Quality in the customer experience
Customers do not experience quality only through technical specifications. Intact packaging, clear information, ease of use and consistency across purchases all contribute to their perception. Quality therefore needs to be considered from the user’s perspective as well as through internal processes.
Continuing the journey
Strengthening internal standards and reviewing processes continuously are part of Shokooh’s approach to maintaining quality as the brand grows. The journey will continue through data review, learning from feedback and collaboration across teams so that quality becomes part of the working culture.
